1. 疫情期间，为确保学生安全，所有在津留学生非特殊原因不得离开天津。如需离津必须向国际学院申请获批后方可出行。严禁未经批准去往云南瑞丽等高风险地区，否则一经发现将严肃处理。

6. 假期学校仍实行晚点名制度。住宿校内的学生请于晚11:00前返回宿舍。
